The route or path of the Mazobre waterfall is located within the Natural Park of Fuentes Carrionas and Fuente Cobre and will allow you to discover the highest waterfall in the province of Palencia. Perfectly signposted, this route through the mountains of Palencia lasts around 3 hours and takes place at the foot of the Espigüete peak, on the banks of the Mazobre stream.

 

2. Route or path of the Bear

7. Aguilar de Campoo

 

Welcome to Aguilar de Campooto a truly charming village because, although it is not a route as such, it is one of the most emblematic places in the Montaña Palentina. Its historic centre has been named a Historic-Artistic Site and its location on the banks of the river Pisuerga make this small town a jewel of the mountain range.

 

8. Route of the marshes

 

This route route through the mountains of Palencia takes place within the Natural Park of Fuentes Carrionas and Fuente Cobre, where there are several reservoirs of tourist interest, such as the Camporredondo reservoir, the Requejada reservoir and the Compuerto reservoir, making its surroundings an authentic nature reserve, with a great wealth of both fauna and flora.
