Cycling in the Canal de Castilla

Cycle at your own pace, enjoy slow cycling

You can leave the Eco Hotel Doña Mayor and head towards the locks of the Canal de Castilla in Frómista (1km from the eco hotel). There, you can choose whether you prefer to cycle north, towards the source of the Canal in Alar del Rey, or south, following the course of the water towards the Campos or South branches. This route is very easy to follow, as it has no slope and is signposted, so it is suitable for everyone. You can walk as many kilometers as you like and then return by the same route.
