Doña Manuela Hotel is the result of the effort and daily work of a family, especially of two people: Manuel and Ramona, who had to emigrate to Switzerland and Germany for job reasons at the age of 20. They worked in the hotel industry until Ramona became pregnant and decided to return to Spain in order to start their own business applying everything they had learned.

As time went on, they decided to start this project. Daimiel, a touristic place situated in a

perfect enclave, was lack of a charming hotel that took care of the details and the customers. On October, 22nd 2005 the dream came true and Doña Manuela Hotel opened its doors for the first time.

¿Why was it named Doña Manuela? Because of the grandmother, who was able to see the starting of the construction but not the ending, so they decided to name the hotel in her memory
